Arena in Armored Core 6 is a virtual program where players can battle against AI-controlled opponents in the Rubicon. Players will start from the lowest rank and work up to defeat opponents and gain OST Chips for OS Tuning, Emblems, the opponent AC's preset build, and COAM upon winning in the Arena for the first time. Although participating in the Arena battles is good practice to handle different AC builds, it does not equate to the mission opponents as Arena battles are not meant to last very long, compared to Missions. The Arena in AC6 is also a game mode that players can exploit to farm COAM by repeating battles.

What is the Arena in Armored Core 6

The Arena is a place where players can go against AI-controlled simulations of the mercenaries that have been registered on the Rubicon, it can be accessed through the garage. Players can gain rewards such as an amount of COAM, OST Chips, Emblems, and AC Data Presets from defeated mercenaries.

Each mercenary will unlock after each defeat, each rank for the mercenaries will unlock after a specific mission is complete.

Mercenary Lore in Armored Core 6

In the list of mercenaries that players can go against, they can look through the mercenary lore that is provided in the menu when selecting a mercenary. Players can read the mercenary lore to get additional information and knowledge about the world of Armored Core 6 and the characters within it.

NG+

In NG+ you unlock Analysis mode in the Arena.

In analysis mode you contend with MIND ALPHA, a pilotless AC developed by ALLMIND to earn COAM and OS Tuning Chips.

How to Unlock the Arena in Armored Core 6

Players will need to complete either 05-A Retrieve Combat Logs or 05-B Investigate BAWS Arsenal No.2, to unlock both e Arena and OS Tuning menu. Once one of the listed missions is completed, players will get to go to the Arena menu and earn COAM, OST Chips or have their hand at practicing their skills for combat.

Saving AC Data in Armored Core 6

After defeating a mercenary, players will be rewarded with the mercenary's AC data preset. This means players will be able to unlock and load their data and have the option to use their AC for yourself in missions or going against the same mercenary's AC Data against them.
