An independent mercenary who snuck onto Rubicon hoping to get rich quick, taking advantage of the chaos brought about by the extraplanetary coporations' forays.

Under Nosaac's "economic theory." the funds of others are but extensions of his own resources. Thus he continues to take on debt with no intention of repayment, as in his eyes, the money was his anyway. This does have the benefit of allowing him to buy the latest in corporate technology as soon as it hits the market; he considers the power of his AC an asset to his credit score.

      Hi there. Try not to consider me a spammer, but I've got a video of how to fight Nosaac (Bitter Promise) and hope to share it here freely for other Ravens to have a gist of how to take this boss down in the arena while blind. If others have better vids and tips (which I know they do, I'm by far no means perfect at all), feel free to overwrite mine with yours instead but I'm kind of satisfied how this went for a first-time. I just hope to add something here for a first is all.
