IA-C01B: GILLS is a Booster Part in Armored Core 6. The Booster is one of three Parts of the player's Inner Frame. Boosters are primarily utilized for flying through zones and influence the Armored Core's various modes of thrust while flying. Each part of the Frame determines the player character's defensive capabilities, as well as their appearance.

Booster for unpiloted ACs, developed long ago by the Rubicon Research Institute. No consideration has been given to the g-force tolerance of human pilots, enabling uncompromised performance and rapid-fire Quick Boosts.
