Armored Core 6 MG-014 LUDLOW Notes & Tips

• The gun's name may be a reference to the 1914 Ludlow Massacre, in which a militia of private guards hired by the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company (CF&I) and the Colorado National Guard opened machine gun fire on a tent colony of 1,200 striking CF&I coal miners and their families during the Colorado Coalfield War. Throughout the uprising, strike-breakers often used an improvised armored vehicle with a mounted machine gun known as the "Death Car," or "Death Special," to patrol the colony borders and fire into the laborers' tents at random.
