Arms Units | Armored Core 6 Wiki

Arm Units in Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon are weaponry unit parts that players can equip onto their ACs, and serve as the primary offensive parts of a players build to deal against Enemies. Weaponry in Armored Core 6 is categorized into three damage types: kinetic, energy, and explosive. Apart from offensive parts, players also have the choice to equip parts with a more defensive function.

R-Arm Units vs L-Arm Units in Armored Core 6

Some units can be equipped by both the Right and the Left arm, though the R-Arm units fall under the category of ranged weaponry to serve as the primary source of dealing damage against Enemies. R-Arm units that can be purchased in the shop are Pulse guns, Laser guns, Plasma guns, and even missile launchers, grenade launchers and various types of rifles.

Some of the mentioned weapons mentioned can also be equipped onto the Left arm but the L-Arm units are more notably known to be melee weapons. Players will have the choice to equip 2 ranged weapons for a long to mid-range combat style or equip a melee weapon for players with a mid to close-range combat style.

Acquiring Arm Units in Armored Core 6

Players can acquire the many various arm units from completing the different missions and acquiring them through rewards. Once acquired it will be available in the parts shop, in the garage menu.

Players can then head into the garage menu to change out and equip different arm units that fit the various missions.
