EB-0309 STRIDER is a Boss in Armored Core 6. EB-0309 STRIDER is a Boss encountered in the Mission Chapter 1: Destroy the Weaponized Mining Ship. During this missions, players will hear the Mining Ship Captain ordering to activate EB-0309 STRIDER. Players will need to get close to the mining ship and destroy it, all while doing so, EB-0309 STRIDER will be shooting lasers and firing missiles at the player. Destroying the sub-generators starting from the back making their way to the front, eventually players will have to destroy EB-0309 STRIDER as well to fully destroy the mining ship, STRIDER.

AC6 EB-0309 STRIDER Boss Mission
EB-0309 STRIDER in Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon can be first found in the mission Destroy the Weaponized Mining Ship. The main objective of this mission is to destroy the weaponized mining ship, STRIDER. To do so, players will have to destroy one of its back legs in an attempt to stop the STRIDER from moving away. Once destroyed, the captain will disconnect the back from the rest of the machine, causing the STRIDER to be able to move again without its back legs. At this point, players will have to destroy all the sub-generators to destroy the overall STRIDER, these sub-generators can be located under and on top of the STRIDER. When all sub-generators have been destroyed, the final fight will be with EB-0309 STRIDER.

AC6 EB-0309 STRIDER Boss Fight Strategy

- EB-0309 STRIDER moves slowly and has a long charge up before shooting its laser beam at you, a notable sound can also be heard when it's charging up. You can choose to evade the laser from afar but going up close to the sides where the boss cannot reach and launching missiles into the center will do just the trick as well.
- Apart from the laser, EB-0309 STRIDER will also send out a missile salvo every now and then. These homing missiles can be easily dodged when they come close to the player.
- You can use the final sub-generator as cover and wait until the EB-0309 STRIDER fires, then quickly boost over to the front section of the ship and drop over the side to a platform just below, while you're there, the Eye won't be able to shoot you, wait until it fires then jump up and unload your weapons. Make sure to land before it fires again.
- Repeat the process until EB-0309 STRIDER is destroyed, then you'll need to clear the area to not get caught within the blast radius from the explosion. Jump up the top of the EB-0309 STRIDER and Handler Walter will give you a location you'll need to reach in order to clear the blast radius. Once you reach the area, the mission is completed.
