IB-C03: HAL 826 / Handler Walter in Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon can be first found in the mission Bring down the Xylem. Your main objective for this mission is to destroy the ramjet engines and eliminate Handler Walter. Once you start the mission, the engines will be marked with "TGT", you can easily destroy them without wasting to much ammo. Once you've destroyed all engines, you'll face off against IB-C03: HAL 826 / Handler Walter.
