Ambush the Vespers is a Mission in Armored Core 6. Ambush the Vespers is one of the two missions you'll unlock after completing Underground Exploration - Depth 3. This mission will also be a "Decision" mission where you'll have to choose between this or Intercept the Redguns. The main objective of this mission is to eliminate V.V Hawkins and V.VIII Pater of the Vespers. You will be accompanied by a friendly craft during this mission. Please see Missions for a full walkthrough on other missions.

Mission Description

Middle Flatwell is the de facto leader of the Rubicon Liberation Front." — Ayre

 

Middle Flatwell, the Liberation Front command, will begin to brief you about the mission. Arquebus leads the corporate forces, emboldened by assimilated PCA technology. But they're still human. tired from the endless conflict between powers, and open to an attack on their key forces. Your task is to eliminate two of the Vespers' numbered officers. V.V. Hawkins, their overseeing the transport corps. V.VIII Pater, his adjutant. We'll be using false information to lure them out from their Depth 2 survey, then ambush them. Middle Flatwell will be assisting you during this mission.
