Survey the Uninhabited Floating City is a Mission in Armored Core 6. Survey the Uninhabited Floating City is one of the four missions you'll unlock after completing Tunnel Sabotage. The main objective of this mission is to deactivate all ECM fog control devices and survey Xylem, the floating city. Please see Missions for a full walkthrough on other missions.

Mission Description

Follow the beacons left by... survey drone." — Handler Walter

 

Handler Walter gives you a mission requested by a personal friend. He briefs you about the mission, and that they still don't have enough data to pin down where the Coral is gathering in the ice field. According to his friend's sources, you could be able to find some clues here. Xylem is a city floating on the ocean that was built by the Rubicon Research Institute. Ever since the Fires, the place has been abandoned and it's likely hiding some secrets about the Coral that's being shrouded by the city's ECM fog. He said his friend already tried sending in a survey drone but lost it in the interference. He wants you to disable the ECM fog generators so that they can resume the survey. Right now, the corporations are preoccupied with the PCA, and this could be your chance to be the first ones to identify where the Coral is converging.
